I changed my JavaFX-maven-project from 2.1 to 2.2 and kept my pom as it was (except javafx-dependency).
Maven builds the application without errors and produces the .jnlp file, the main-jar and the lib-jar (see attachments).
Wenn I run the -jnlp file for the first time the application is started properly (see javafx-example-secondrun-npe-FIRSTRUN.png),
but after closing the application and re-run it a NPE is thrown and the application is not started any more (see javafx-example-secondrun-npe-SECONDRUN.png).
When I clean the Java cache it starts once again.
