Some of the complex Indian letters does not gets displayed properly

      I tested JavaFx 8 after my previous bug on Indian language support. http://javafx-jira.kenai.com/browse/RT-26002
      most of the problems got fixed but still many of the complex letters are not getting displayed properly
      Consider the following words which are displayed OK in notepad but not when displayed in JavaFx label

      স্বাগতম
      বাক্য
