Sub TableColumn resize issue with CONSTRAINED_RESIZE_POLICY

Testcase attached. Try to resize the sub column named Z, there is no way to resize it.
We are in a case where we want the table columns to use all the TableView width. To do so we are using CONSTRAINED_RESIZE_POLICY.
The side effect is that the sub columns located at the right becomes not resizable.
