[MenuBar] left/right navigation is broken.

      You can see on the attached movie, that up/down buttons work, but left/right buttons implement navigation somewhere on the stage.

      Checked on different apps, and on win and linux.

      On movie: I press up/down/left/right - in a mixed order.
