Major version number change breaks compatibility with standalone applications

      The existing standalone launcher bundled with 2.x applications will not find the standalone JavaFX 8.0 runtime since the major version numbers are mismatched. This won't be a problem in the actual release, since we are only supporting FX 8.0 with JDK 8 as a true cobundle, which will not have this issue.
