the 'Move' cursor is wrong in Ubuntu in applet mode
I would expect to have that 'Move' cursor, since it's the default choice:

In JavaFX 1.3 that was the 'Move' cursor
In JavaFX 2.2 I get a pointer with a small circle instead
Steps to reproduce:
- Open Ensemble in browser
- Go to the Cursors sample. Hold the mouse over the 'MOVE' cursor
