controls with Popup and Scrollbar

      Load the attached fxml file (the simplest way is to use Scene Builder, Preview window).
      Open a popup by clicking on a control, then move the mouse wheel : the popup does not follow its control.
      Do the same thing, but move directly with the ScrollBar : the following NPE is raised, and the popup disappear.
