When run fx tests using jre 6u37 and standalone FX runtime 2.2.4-b17 on win7/x86, the fx app will hang on IE if I set system time to a future time(e.g. 10 years later).
Steps to reproduce:
1 Install 6u37b40(or b32) and standalone FX runtime 2.2.4-b17
2 Set system time to a future time(e.g. 10 years later)
3 Launch app from IE:

4 If app can't be loaded successfully and hang there, then this bug is reproduced.
Note:
1 It works fine in FF. This means expired dialog is shown when run app on FF
2 If we don't set system time to expire, the app works fine on IE.
3 Tried with 7u9 and standalone FX runtime 2.2.4-b17, app also didn't work on IE if set system time to expire.
