CSS doc says caspian.css file is in a directory that no longer exists

      The CSS doc refers the user to the rt\lib directory of the JavaFX SDK installation. The SDK is now part of the JDK and this directory no longer exists. Doc should point to the jre\lib directory of the JDK.
