Remove AmbleMapper and uses of it from the runtime to simplify font loading logic.

      AmbleMapper was kept around after we removed the Amble fonts as there was a chance they'd come back.
      We now find it a bit less likely that'll happen, enough to remove the code and its uses to clean up and simplify
      font loading logic.
