Steps to reproduce:
1. Install jre 7u6 b19 from http://jre.us.oracle.com/java/re/jdk/7u6/promoted/all/b19/bundles/windows-i586/
2. Show java console and show the trace.
3. Launch jnlp application from
javaws http://sqeweb.us.oracle.com/deployment1/deployment_6_UR_int_exec_ws/6/deployment/src/javafx/fxfeaturesTest/fxfeaturesTest/html/HelloPreloaderProgress.jnlp
4. Click the button "notify preloader"
5. Expect to observe "@@@@ Got notification from application" in console. But now it is not.
