ImagePattern applied to Text doesn't start from the left upper corner of first letter. Instead it starts somewhere higher. In example(TextImagePatternBug.java) you can see a text with proportional image pattern which coordinates are (0,0) and width and height are 0.5. Horizontally it tiled exactly 2 times, but vertically it is cut of on top and bottom.
