If you add 10 custom colors, they appear in popup with predefined palete.

You in such case you move mouse over some rectangle in predefined palete, focus will be moved to some predefinded color.

If you move mouse over some rectangle corresponding to the customly added color, then arrow navigation will be still in predefined colors grid pane. But it should be in grid pane with custom colors.
