[ScrollBar, touch] knob is moving in wrong direction, when finger swipe is used.

      If I move finger up on scrollbar, knob is moving down, If I move finger down, knob is moving up. That is wrong direction, because knob is not a content, but something, which must be related to finger position in each moment.
