Steps to reproduce:
1. Install 7u6 b11 from http://jre.us.oracle.com/java/re/jdk/7u6/promoted/all/b11/bundles/windows-i586/
2. There should be no installation of javafx, but the javafx will be installed along with 7u6
3. Launch javafx applet with applet tag http://sqeweb.us.oracle.com/deployment2/sheldon/webCases/javafx/fxfeaturesTest/fxfeaturesTest/html/CodeBaseTestForManual.html.
4. This applet gets launched fine.
5. Launch javafx applet using DT to create applet, http://sqeweb.us.oracle.com/deployment2/sheldon/webCases/javafx/fxfeaturesTest/fxfeaturesTest/html/FXRawMuti.html
6. if it inform you to install javafx 2.1.0. The bug is reproducible.
