TableView does not respect CONSTRAINED_RESIZE_POLICY where columns are reordered

      Create a TableView with a CONSTRAINED_RESIZE_POLICY.
      All of the columns will fill the table width.
      Click and drag a header to move a column to another position.
      After dropping the header to the new position, the table columns will no longer fill the table width.
