Win: Crash log file produced in Ensemble

      There is no crash, but it produces the file.

      To reproduce:
      Go to apps/ga-samples/ and double click on Ensemble.jnlp. If the proxy setting is shown, Click Cancel or Close. Scroll down all the samples using arrow keys till you reach API Documentation then exit. Crash log is created during exit.

      It happens intermittently.

      The dialog for internet proxy is also not appearing consistently.
