It would be nice to be able to choose MSI over EXE, rather than just it detecting the tools on the path and using them. Added bonus would be specifying the path to the tools in the Ant file rather than adding them to my %PATH%.

I usually have many projects on the go for many different clients and anything that has to be set at the system level will inevitably cause me a problem at some point in my life. This is low priority though I reckon.
