Native installer: application using native library does not work once packaged

When using the native installers it would be best if the 'app' directory was the active system directory (i.e. the directory that the app is launched from and runs within). This is particularly useful for programs that load native files (e.g. dll's) via relative paths, which many native 3rd party apps do.
