Meter tag is rendered poorly sometimes due to lack of styles support.
The following DRT tests can be used to illustrate that:

I'll attach screenshots of these tests rendered in WebNode against Chrome.
I'm not tagging this CR with "drt" label as the problem is not DRT-specific.
