The JavaFX doc bundle needs to be hosted / staged on OTN, preferably on the main JDK page.

Now that we are cobundled with the JDK, the docs are no longer available to developers. Since they are not yet integrated with the JDK docs (see RT-21463), we need to host a separate download bundle. Ideally this bundle would be available on the main JDK download page.
