javafx:2.0 can match 2.2.0 on IE browser, but cannot match 2.2.0 on Firefox/Chrome.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install 7u6 b23
2. Open the page:
http://sqeweb.us.oracle.com/deployment2/sheldon/webCases/javafx/FXDTManualTest/html/test-install.html
3. Look at those items.
Test for FX [2.0*]: OK
Test for FX [2.0]: OK
4. FX [2.0] is ok on IE but MISMATCH on Firefox browser and Chrome browser.
Affect test:
FXDTTest::testDTValidateOldFXTest
