Browser does not close when click "Close Browsers and Continue" on File-in-use window

      Tested with javafx 2.1.0 b18 on windows XP 32 bit. Firefox version is 7.0.1. I cannot reproduce this issue on other platform like Win 7 32 bit
      Reproduce steps:
      1. install javafx runtime
      2. Invoke Firefox browser and run JavaFX applet
      3. Attempt to uninstall JavaFX
      4. it will prompt a FIU window. Click "Close Browsers and Continue" button and confirm OK when prompted.
      Expected: FF should be closed
      Actually: The applet in FF was closed, but an blank FF was still there
      FX runtime was indeed removed.
