GA-Samples launch as webstart link gives runtime error

      The "click to launch this app as webstart link" present on some of the GA-Samples when deployed to browser gives "runtime error in app [undefined]" message when clicked.

      To reproduce open any of the GA-Samples in browser and select the launch as webstart link.
