SplitPane dividers issues

In SB, we get several divider positioning issues, that have been reproduced in the test case attached.
Please launch the test.
1. The right hand side divider is not positioned correctly. It should follow the min/max sizes of the right container. After having moving it right and left, the min/max are followed.
2. Move the dividers so that the left and right panels have their minimum sizes. Now grow the window width : only the right divider is moving : the left one should move also.
