Mac keyboard scrolling

      Currently on Mac we support:
      * Fn + up/down for PageUp/Down
      * Fn + left/right for Home/End

      On MBP keyboard it's impossible to type these with one hand ;) So I suggest that we support, like Safari, a few additional key combinations:
      Alt + up/down for PageUp/Down
      Cmd + up/down for Home/End
