Steps to reproduce:
1.Install jre6u31 or 6u33
2.Install scrum #110
3.Launch any javafx jnlp application using javaws from Windows\SysWOW64. (http://sqeweb.us.oracle.com/deployment2/sheldon/webCases/javafx/fxfeaturesTest/fxfeaturesTest/html/CodeBaseTestForManual.jnlp)
4.Fail to launch javafx jnlp application with information:
java.io.FileNotFoundException: http:\sqeweb.us.oracle.com\deployment2\sheldon\webCases\javafx\fxfeaturesTest\fxfeaturesTest\html\CodeBaseTestForManual.jnlp (The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect)
Note:
1. It can be launched via javaws from $fxruntime\bin\javaws
2. JRE8 works fine
3. Windows\SysWOW64\javaws.exe is not updated after javafx runtime is installed.
4. It can launch java jnlp application.
