Misplaced character when typing persian characters (e.g : به نام خداوند بخشنده ی مهربان) in textfield, textarea any any other placed that need character insertion via keyboard

      when i type the persian character inside the textfield or textarea or ... the characters are misplaced and wrong, i have tried that in many PCs but still i have the problem.
