The SDK 2.1 zip bundle does not contain JavaFX Runtime installer.

      1. Unzip the "javafx_sdk-2_1_0-beta-windows-i586.zip" and "javafx_sdk-2_1_0-beta-windows-amd64.zip".
      2. Check the files in unzipped folder (javafx-sdk2.1.0-beta).

      Actual:
      There is no JavaFX Runtime installer.

      Expected:
      Shouldn't there be a javafx-2_1_0-windows-i586.exe in folder?
      In 2.0.3 SDK zip bundle, it contains a "javafx-2_0_3-windows-i586.exe", 2.1 SDK zip bundle should also contain such file.
