To Reproduce:

1. Run the Ensemble demo from the jar file (Running from jnlp is not bringing this dialog)
2. Within few seconds I see the Internet Access Needed dialog
3. Unable to get rid of this dialog using just keyboard - focus is getting to the internet access needed dialog

When this dialog pops-up focus should transfer to the dialog (now it is staying in the background), and should be able to cancel using keyboard.
