The fix for RT-17527 "Webkit synchronization for 2.1" which has been integrated into
2.1-graphics-scrum-b209 lead to significant performance regressions:

ColorfulShapes-Blur2Circle: 5.36 fps -> 1.33 fps (-75%)
           GUIMark2-Bitmap: 19.8 fps -> 18.25 fps (-8%)

SunSpider.total-time: 282 ms -> 1,205 ms (-326%)
