The jp2launcher.exe is not running when open an JavaFX applet in browser on XP.

      XP_x86

      1. Install JRE and JavaFX runtime on XP_x86.
      2. Open a JavaFX applet with IE.
      3. Start task manager and look at the running processes.

      Actual:
      On XP, java.exe is running when applet running.
      But, on Vista and Win7, jp2launcher.exe is running when applet running.

      Expected:
      After installed JavaFX, the latest java plugin in JavaFX install home should be launched when opening applet in browser, right?
      So jp2launcher.exe should be launched, right?
