JNLP file refers to installer that can be used to install javafx.
We need to correct both webstart and jnlp-installer code to ensure:
   1) we can refer to same installer from linux/mac platforms (can we skip and yet have correct JNLP?)
   2) use cobundle on mac/linux
   3) we likely can not auto install but may be we can open browser with download link?

goal is to answer 2 questions:
   - how JNLP should look like for deployment on multiple platforms
     (and it needs to be backward compatible)
   - what will be UE when user has no JavaFX and attempts to launch JavaFX example
       (or has OLDER FX version)
