JavaFX SDK installer welcome panel button order should be consistent with JDK install

    Description

      Given the bundling of the JDK 7u2 and JavaFX 2.0.2 SDK installers, an inconsistency in the order of the action buttons on the welcome panels has become apparent. The SDK installer welcome panel should have [Next >] and [Cancel] so it is equivalent to the JDK welcome panel.
