CheckMenuItem & RadioMenuItem: accelerator doesn't toggle selection

    Description

      When you click on a CheckMenuItem or an unselected RadioMenuItem, then the selection gets toggled.

      Current: Using the accelerator doesn't toggle the selection however.

      Expected: Using the accelerator should toggle the selection.
