The menu is not appearing on click when TableView's tableMenuButtonVisible property is set to true

      After the TableView's tableMenuButtonVisible property is set to true, the menu is not appearing when the small "+" button on the table header is clicked. It was working on both 2.0.1-b6 and 2.0.2-b08 versions but not working on 2.1.0-beta-b19 and 2.2.0-beta-b04.
