[TextArea] Some font & size give a rendering where some letters are badly rendered

      Please look at attched capture.
      In my CSS one reads "-fx-font: 1.166666em "Arial";"
      If I change font size to e.g. 1.1em then it's line #3 which becomes altered, and so on.

      A way to reproduce is to run the attached NetBeans 7.1 project, IssueTracking.zip. Select a project in left hand side then an issue in the table.
