Big amount of tests failed because enter cannot be received by some controls (toolbar, radio, toggle, button, checks etc) they don't show any reaction, But some controls show reaction: split pane, for example.

I don't know the reason, please, review, whether this is a bug of certain controls or, systematic problem.
