Mac: HelloFullscreenToggle crashes on second screen in a 2 displays setup system

      Run the HelloFullscreenToggle program in runtime/toys/HelloWorld. Move the program window from display 1 to display 2, then click on the toggle button switch it from window mode to fullscreen. At this point the program will hang before core dump.
