clicking cancel on security dialog, app exits rather than running in sandbox

      Steps to reproduce:

      1) Use 'javaws -uninstall' to clear the cache.
      2) Run an signed JavaFX from http://sqeweb.us.oracle.com/deployment1/deployment_6_UR_int_exec_ws/6/deployment/src/javafx/fxfeaturesTest/fxfeaturesTest/html/SignedJNLPTest.jnlp
      3) Security pop-up should be there
      4) Click on Cancel, if the app can not be run with a security exception thrown, bug is reproduce.
