Currently we always include DT files together with application.

Whilst this is useful in some circumstances and was needed when DT was in active development for FCS we better
use external copy of DT by default and add option to use internal copy.

This allows applications to keep using latest DT and developers will not need to redeploy their apps once we fix bugs or add support for new platforms.
