Create a native dialog for mixed-code security warning

      We should create a native dialog for the mixed-code security warning dialog. The current solution of using an FX dialog is prone to deadlock, so it is being replaced with a Swing dialog. That should be replaced with a native dialog to avoid the extra memory needed to load the Swing classes (also a native dialog will be needed for Mac).
