Steps to reproduce:
Set size of ListView using according sliders to (Width: 200, Height: 200 - Width and height are imporatant) (don't forget to press according bind buttons
Add TextField at position 0 (use according button and text field)
Add Rectangle at position 0 (use according button and text field)
Add item 1 at position 0 (use according button and text fields)

Try to scroll vertical scroll up and down (knob size will jump, scrolling will also jump).
