Document for DP_01_02_applet.html should be changed or this is a jre bug.
Steps:
    1.clear deployment cache
    2.Launch the applet http://sqeweb.us.oracle.com/deployment1/deployment_6_UR_int_exec_ws/6/deployment/src/javafx/fxfeaturesTest/fxfeaturesTest/html/SecureArgs.html, this applet doesn't have custom preloader
    3.The default preloader window should show
    4.Close the app, do not clear cache
    5.Launch the app again, there should be no preloader shown
     Now the preloader still shows up
