Fail to cancel FX runtime installation by clicking red-X on the progress window

      Reproduce steps:
      1. Double click JavaFXSDK installer and go through installation.
      2. I will show SDK progress at first. And then try to install fx runtime. When it is almost over, click on the red-X in th progress window.
      Note that: Do not click on red-x when the progress show immediately. Click it when it is almost finished. I attached the screenshot.
      3. Confirm Yes to cancel

      Expected: Runtime installation is cancelled, and only SDK is installed.
      Actually: It installed runtime though we clicked red-X and confirmed YES.
