ClosePath and other PathElement subclasses javadoc need link to Path

ClosePath javadoc has the following phrase: "The subclass of PathElement which closes the current path. for more information on paths see the Path class. " However, there is no link to Path class. It should be added.

The same applies to other PathElement subclasses.
