RT-17605 is part of a set of changes needed to take the version number from the top-level jfx repo for all parts of the system. During one of the recent syncs from 2.0.2 --> 2.1, I had to temporarily backout the fix for RT-17605 until the corresponding change to the installer are made.

The following changeset was pushed to 2.1 as a result:
