when run manual test :HostServicesAPIs/ShowDocument/ShowDocInvaldFileApplet.html, there is something different from its scenario.
steps to reproduce:
1. Set the targeted browser as default browser
2. Disable the pop-up blocker of the default browser
3. Open a JavaFX applet from your built workspace {ws}/src/javafx/fxfeaturesTest/fxfeaturesTest/html/TestFXShowdocumentInvalidFile.html
4. If the applet open a new windows which opens an exist file, but its scenario says it opens an not existing file, then the bug reproduced
