[ProgressIndicator] Default actioning thing's size has not proper size

      Steps to reproduce:
      (using sliders)
      1. Set width to some value
      2. Set height to some value
      3. Set progress to negative value to get default thing.

      Look on its sizes. They are out of red borders (which are borders because testedProgressIndicator.setStyle("-fx-border-color : red;");)
