Uninstall FX SDK leave an empty folder if it was installed to a custom location

    • windows XP 32 bit SP3

      Reproduce steps:
      1. launch FX SDK installer b41 in GUI mode.
      2. go through installation and custom destination directory like c:\test1\. Finish installation.
      3. uninstall SDK
      Expected: c:\test1\ should be removed
      Actual: c:\test1\ was left there.
